Radiant & Rooted: An Earth Day Sound Immersion

Join Sol Shift for a beautiful sound bath immersion in celebration of Earth Day. Kelly will help you tap into your core, harnessing the grounding energy of the world around us to allow you to root firmly in your truth and grow from a stronger foundation. This experience is designed to help cultivate a greater awareness of self and connection to the elements in your life that create security to give you the freedom to expand from a stable center. 

What's in store? 

• Get cosmically aligned as Kelly guides you through heart-opening breathwork as you sip cacao
• Bring a journal for an intention-setting exercise to locate where you want to plant your roots
• Surrender to sound as you're led through a guided meditation and a one-hour sound bath that will align your chakras, with special attention to your root chakra
• Stay after to share with one another and enjoy light refreshments 
• Each of you will leave with a small gift to show our gratitude for the Sol Shift community
