Join Sol Shift for our first annual New Year sound bath spectacular! Be prepared for a magical evening immersed in healing sound vibrations, connection, and reflection. This event is special, set in synch with the first new moon of the year, and we've added a few extra touches to help you go deep and set your soul alight for 2023. 

What's in store? 

• Get cosmically aligned as Kelly guides you through heart-opening breathwork as you sip cacao
• Receive a journal from us for an intention-setting exercise where you will hone in on what your spirit needs in 2023
• Surrender to sound as you're led through a guided meditation and a one-hour sound bath, complete with a handful of new instruments to amplify your experience 
• Stay after to share with one another and enjoy light refreshments 
• Each of you will leave with a small gift to show our gratitude for the Sol Shift community
