Love in Abundance: Healing your Heart Center

Join Sol Shift for a heart-opening evening of love and abundance.  Surrender your heart to healing sound vibrations, connection, and reflection. This experience is designed to help cultivate self-love and/or be shared with a loved one to help your relationship reach a new level of intimacy on a soul level. 

What's in store? 

• Get cosmically aligned as Kelly guides you through heart-opening breathwork as you sip cacao
• Receive a journal from us for an intention-setting exercise to locate the source of where you need to be met with love most
• Surrender to sound as you're led through a guided meditation and a one-hour sound bath that will align your chakras, with special attention to your heart center
• Stay after to share with one another and enjoy light refreshments 
• Each of you will leave with a small gift to show our gratitude for the Sol Shift community
