Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Healing Session

Come join Kelly in her brand new studio for a beautiful evening of rejuvenation and restoration. A sound bath with Kelly is a blissful and immersive experience like none other that will journey you into the deep spaces of yourself to emerge renewed.

You will begin by opening your heart in a cacao sharing circle where Kelly will guide you to reflect and set your intention for the evening. Kelly will then ease you into a beautiful guided meditation to settle your mind and body into a relaxed, open state. After grounding you into the space, she will immerse you into the wonderous sounds of crystal bowls with other intentional instrumentation like gongs, drums, tibetan bowls, and more. Let the healing vibrations surround and become you as you access a deep meditative theta state where the sounds can penetrate your spiritual blockages and clear your chakras. These waves allow lodged emotions to surface and release, creating space for feelings of deep peace and serentity. Self-realizations are common and the transformative properties of a sound bath are ideal to set you on your path to harmony within yourself and those around you.

Come for catharsis, community, and connection. As the soundbath comes to a close, Kelly will lead you back into your body with breathwork and gentle movement. She will help you integrate your experience and come away feeling nourished from the inside out.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat with you. Optional but encouraged are a blanket, small pillow, and journal.
