A Breath Workshop & Sound Bath Experience: When Breath Becomes Light

Sol Shift is delighted to have the radiant Jen Allen join us for an afternoon of breath magic! Three words to describe Jen are warm, open, and curious. 

Jen's passion is sharing mental, emotional, and physical practices for those who want to create space for growth and shift aspects of their lives. She focuses on practices that help heal the nervous system and clarify the consciousness, in order to allow optimal performance, connection, and wellness. 

We will be offering a sound bath following the workshop. Kelly will build on the breath work taught by Jen and use the ease and space you create to fill with gorgeous, expansive vibration and optimize the healing benefits of sound and breath in harmony.
